Q: WHEN WILL MY ITEM(S) BE SHIPPED?
- A: All items are subject to a handling period before they are dispatched.
- A: 99% of orders leave the warehouse within 1 day of payment on week days, orders will not be sent in the weekends.
- A: We will notify you by email when your items have been shipped with a Tracking number.
Q: WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY ITEM(S)?
- Most orders will be delivered within a week, but sometimes there can be a 2 week delivery due to delays of different circumstances.
Q: MY ORDER SHOWS AS DELIVERED, BUT I DID NOT RECEIVE IT?
If your order shows as delivered but you did not receive it, it is a lot of times because USPS have delivered to the wrong address, contact us so we can verify that your address is correct.
If we verify that your address is correct and we have sent to the right address, you would have to contact USPS, they have GPS Locations on their scanners, and can tell you where it was delivered.
Q: WHERE ARE MY ITEMS COMING FROM?
- A: All our products are Shipped from different Fulfillment Centers in the US.
Q: WILL MY ITEMS BE SENT IN ONE PACKAGE?
- A: For logistical reasons, and for faster delivery items in the same purchase will sometimes be sent in separate packages.
Q: WHAT IF I WANT A REFUND?
- A: Just send a message to our support mail at email@example.com and write that you want a refund, and we will help you out.
- A: You can only cancel your order within 24 hours of ordering, most orders will be sent out within the 24 hours mark.
A: If you have bought a Retail product you have 30 days from ordering to get a full refund.
Q: Why CAN'T I USE THE COUPON CODE?

Q: WHERE DO I TRACK MY ORDERS?
A: You will receive a notification on your email when your order leaves our fulfillment center, and from the whole transit of your order, until it is delivered, and you will be able to follow your order.
